Within De Beer Group, Allinplast specializes in products made of transparent plastics. With high quality polished moulds from our own mould-making department we produce, for instance, optics for the lighting industry. Producing products from transparent plastics requires a high level of quality from machines, moulds and employees. The accuracy and finishing of the molds must be at an exceptional level.
Energy-saving, excellent light output and long lifetime: LED is the ideal light source. Because of its great product advantages, LED lighting has therefore now found many applications. Allinplast produces lenses for various types of LED lighting.
These lenses, also called optics, largely determine the quality and beam effects of the light. This makes these parts the most important components of good LED lamps. Allinplast processes a lot of PC and PMMA, but other transparent plastics such as SAN and PET are also used.
