De Beer produces plastic products at two locations using injection moulding technology. We focus on medium-sized and large series of products from 0.5 gram to approx. 1.5 kilograms. For this, we have machines with a clamping force of 30 tons to 650 tons at our disposal.
We process virtually all thermoplastic materials, ranging from soft TPEs to high-tech engineering plastic materials. This allows us to serve customers as a systems supplier for complete projects.
Besides about 60 standard injection moulding machines, we also have a vertical injection moulding machine and some 2-component machines.
We have two own mould making departments where we develop our own moulds. In addition, as a system supplier, we offer complete assemblies, including ultrasonic welding.
